I have a policy, very simple and friendly! 

My meshes (new meshes and conversions):
-You can include with your recolors, provided that you maintain free sharing.
-You can include with your lots of sharing, provided that you maintain free sharing.

My recolors, walls, floors and murals:
-You can include with your lots of sharing, provided that you maintain free sharing.

Not Hotlink for my pictures; 
Do not link directly to my zip or rar files; 
Do not reupload my stuff;
Do not take what I do as your own.

Credits are not required but are very appreciated.
